About the Role

This mid-senior level position requires a highly skilled sales professional to join Softe Digi's team. The successful candidate will excel at driving revenue growth through strategic account management, building strong relationships with customers, and navigating complex negotiations.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets, leveraging CRM systems and industry expertise
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and new customers, fostering long-term relationships
  3. Effectively communicate with senior-level executives to negotiate deals and resolve any issues that may arise
  4. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales performance

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in sales processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
