We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to join our team at Pristage Logistics International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Sales STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Create and execute annual sales plans that align with company objectives and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identify new opportunities and develop creative solutions to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • COLLABORATION WITH SALES LEADERS: Work closely with sales leaders to leverage resources, tools, and expertise for maximum impact.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to close sales and grow revenue.
