We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Zameen. As a key member of our Commercial Operations department, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and improving the efficiency of our sales teams.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, and business development. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with our sales and business teams across regions to achieve target goals.
- Work in collaboration with Senior Management to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
- Be responsible for policy and business process flow (SOPs) idea formulation and implementation.
- Oversee the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for relevant unit heads to support effective decision-making.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Masters preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years or higher.
- Job-specific skills: Excellent communication skills with proven team leadership skills. Proficient with Excel and any additional data analytics tools. Expertise in policy drafting and dispute resolution.
- Competencies: Self-motivated, action-driven, communicates effectively, decision-making quality, adept at handling pressure and deadlines.
