Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with key accounts management in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will coordinate with customer services and warehouse teams for order preparation and daily follow-ups.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-docking of stock between warehouses, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Work closely with transporters to arrange vehicles for last-mile delivery and stock balancing, minimizing transportation costs.
  • Align delivery timelines and schedules with customers, meeting their expectations and needs.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for delivery, including delivery notes, invoices, and goods received notes.
  • Coordinate with delivery assistants and customers during operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Submit payment packets to the controlling team for payment purposes, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage costs, improve productivity, and identify cost-saving projects, contributing to the company's success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in the retail industry, with expertise in WMS or similar order processing systems and inventory management systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills backed by data.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and customer partners at all levels.

Able to learn forecasting, order generation, and order fulfillment processes, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
