Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

About the Role:
This is a dynamic role that requires a client-focused individual to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all relevant onboarding processes for new clients.
- Create and review due diligence documentation for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive global internal management office (GIC) and network onboarding processes.
- Conduct regular checks on due diligence output from client delivery makers to ensure adherence to policies and standard work.

Account Opening and Channels:
- Perform account opening activities in collaboration with onshore and hub teams to facilitate fast setup of relevant systems for corporate and institutional banking clients.
- Deliver excellent service and advice to clients during channel activation pre-transactional enquiries, setup, training, and other related issues.

Governance:
- Ensure due diligence on document safekeeping and data confidentiality is upheld.
- Verify correctness of documentation prior to dispensation from the bank, adhering to internal and external policies, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across the value chain to execute processes and deliver exceptional client service and experience.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to look for solutions despite blockages.
- Clear understanding of client needs being serviced.
