We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial sourcing to offer extension. They will be responsible for building and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans, collaborating with hiring managers to define qualification criteria and staffing needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job ads on various platforms, network with potential hires through social media and events, and represent the company at job fairs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles, creating shortlists of the most qualified applicants.
- Track and report hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire, while designing and measuring candidate experience surveys to improve recruitment practices.
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods, ensuring an effective and standardized recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintain a database of potential hires, and develop strategies for future staffing needs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in headhunting and recruiting for senior and technical roles, managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to optimize recruitment strategies and track key hiring metrics.
- Experience mentoring and training team members and advising hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present recruitment initiatives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and LinkedIn recruiter tools.
- Knowledge in AI efficiencies available, including practical experience.
