Business Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing enterprise systems that run thousands of medium and large businesses globally.

  • Utilize Salesforce to screen new account funnel additions for alignment with our investment criteria.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly business development recognition reports in Salesforce and compile quarterly board reports. Develop advanced, comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor both historical trends and real-time funnel activity.
  • Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.
  • Conduct initial review of submitted commissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with surveys, including design, distribution, and analysis.
  • Provide support on miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
