Job Opportunity

As a Business Manager, you will play a vital role in facilitating clients' financial needs and managing loan drawdowns. This entails completing necessary formalities for disbursement and ensuring timely resolution of pre- and post-disbursement procedures related to loan cases.

  • Conduct financial assessments and draft reports on prospective customers to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Develop term sheets and other credit-related materials to secure internal approval from risk management.
  • Collaborate with operations, risk, and legal departments to oversee and monitor advances.
  • Accompany senior asset staff to client meetings, create meeting reports, and maintain a record of interactions.

You will work closely with the Head of Business to develop marketing materials for partner financial institutions and guide clients on operational procedures.

In this position, you will devise strategies to align our products with changing market conditions, requiring a deep understanding of prudential regulations and excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
