Key Position: Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled business operations specialist to assume key responsibilities in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support in monitoring key performance indicators, forecasting metrics, financial reporting, and pricing models.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design and maintain automated reports and data pipelines using SQL and/or Python.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality through automation.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and other analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models that support strategic planning and performance analysis.

This is a cross-functional role that combines strong analytical and technical skills with solid business acumen. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business value through the use of modern data tools and automation techniques.

Essential Qualifications/Skillset:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a financial analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
