Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual presentations that captivate audiences and drive results, leveraging strong design and content creation skills.
  • Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, managing necessary resources, and executing tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized and easily accessible document repositories, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and integrity of project files.
  • Offer additional communications and administrative support as required by the team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a communication role with a proven track record of success.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Key Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and engaging presentations for various organizational levels.
  • Solid multitasking and time management capabilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
