About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive growth and engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  2. Cultivate relationships with donors, stakeholders, and other key audiences through effective communication and relationship-building.
  3. Create compelling content for various channels, including proposals, newsletters, brochures, websites, and social media.
  4. Investigate market opportunities to support existing and new programs, and monitor market activities.
  5. Provide insights to donors on the impact of their investment and encourage continued support.
  6. Assist with marketing planning to expand and enhance our presence in the market.
  7. Represent our organization at local and regional marketing conferences and events.
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Senior leadership experience in public, visual, and media relations, publications, advertising, website development, social media, enrollment marketing, and electronic communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team as needed.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to communicate succinctly and persuasively.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets, creating a collegial team-building work style, and motivating staff.
