Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Monitoring Specialist

The purpose of this role is to ensure the optimal performance and regulatory compliance of operations and maintenance activities.

This involves overseeing the continuous monitoring of operational data, generating timely reports, identifying trends or anomalies, and supporting the maintenance team with insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies for integrating SCADA, CMMS, and reporting platforms to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems (SCADA, CMMS, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
  • Support the development of automated reporting tools for performance metrics, service logs, and compliance tracking to streamline processes and reduce manual errors.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Track service tickets and ensure resolution to minimize disruptions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintenance reports to provide stakeholders with valuable insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or performance degradations, and develop recommendations for improvement to drive business growth and success.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule inspections or corrective actions, ensuring prompt response times and minimizing system downtime.
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support root cause analysis and incident reporting processes to identify and address potential issues before they impact system performance.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across monitoring systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal management and external stakeholders to communicate key findings and recommendations.
