
Online Sales Growth Specialist

Job Description:
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end operations and strategic growth of our online sales in the US. This involves managing product research, sourcing, listing optimization, marketing campaigns, order management, and performance analysis across multiple platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize US-based accounts on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify to maximize sales and revenue.
- Conduct thorough product and market research tailored to US consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with vendors to source products, manage packaging and shipping processes, and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop high-converting product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and enhanced content to engage customers and drive sales.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon PPC and eBay Promoted Listings, to increase brand visibility and reach a wider audience.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as sales, inventory, reviews, returns, and platform account health, to inform pricing strategies and optimize growth.
- Analyze reports and data to inform pricing, ad spend, and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with platform-specific policies, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon and at least one other major e-commerce platform (eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or Shopify).
- Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and e-commerce SEO principles to drive organic traffic and sales.
- Experience with advertising tools, such as Amazon PPC and eBay Ads, to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and coordination skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with accountability to drive growth and success.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic graphic design or photo editing skills to create visually appealing product listings.
- Experience managing eco-friendly, handmade, or niche products to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Familiarity with US fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, 3PL) to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
