Senior Supplier Performance Strategist

As a strategic leader, you will oversee the performance of our suppliers, driving operational excellence across our inland delivery network. Your pivotal role includes monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor service quality (e.g., On-Time Delivery, data exchange, digital visibility) across all modes and vendors
  • Drive compliance of vendors to our standards including invoice control, digital integration, system use, and payment policies
  • Lead vendor onboarding processes ensuring alignment to global policies, local regulations, and operational systems
  • Address vendor non-compliance and take corrective actions in coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure vendor allocation aligns with product and procurement directives
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, CX, Finance, Product) to ensure mutual obligations and expectations are met
  • Provide market insights and vendor feedback to improve sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management
  • Contribute to supplier audits and ensure vendor readiness for our digital and operational transformation
Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
  • Track and report on vendor KPIs including NPS, SLA compliance, visibility adoption, data exchange standards, and payment timelines
  • Support development of business continuity plans and promote resilience across the supplier network
  • Contribute to performance management of the vendor operations team and collaborate with analysts to improve data-driven decision-making
