Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and Refining Administration Policies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine administration policies that support the company's objectives.
  • Office Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including furniture, water, and power supply systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of products and supplies, coordinating repair/maintenance activities as needed.
  • Supplier Relationships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to optimize operations.
  • Insurance and Record-Keeping: Oversee insurance records for employees and company assets, maintaining accurate files for all administration-related records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC-recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of administration experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a textile company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Results-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective team player willing to collaborate with various departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Windows, and the Internet.
