About the Project

The objective of this project is to create an AI-powered sales assistant that can automate and enhance the sales demo process. This intelligent assistant will serve as a virtual sales representative, navigating the website in real-time within the user's browser session, answering questions, and personalizing the experience based on interactions.

Key Technologies Used:

  • LiveKit: A voice assistant technology used for building conversational interfaces.
  • Deepgram/11Labs: Speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies used for converting audio to text and vice versa.
  • OpenAI: A Large Language Model (LLM) API used for natural language processing and interaction.
  • Qdrant: A vector store or knowledge base used for storing and retrieving complex data structures.
  • FastAPI: A modern web framework used for building high-performance backend services.
  • React, Next.js: Frontend frameworks used for building scalable and efficient user interfaces.
  • BrowserUse: A browser automation framework used for automating browser interactions and demo trajectory creation.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing business logic to improve user query handling, improving speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines using Deepgram/11Labs, working on automation of demo flow creation via browser automation using BrowserUse, developing personalization features for the agent, collaborating with cross-functional team members, and communicating technical progress with stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Python programming, 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning & NLP, hands-on experience with LLM APIs, experience with STT & TTS technologies, Python development skills with FastAPI, experience with vector databases like Qdrant or FAISS, familiarity with browser automation frameworks, understanding of HTML and DOM basics, and ability to work in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Next.js).
  • Familiarity with customer engagement solutions.
