Job Title: Marketing & Sales Leadership Role

This is a pivotal role accountable for driving branch success in the marketing and sales domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships with procurement departments, end-users, and biomedical teams at hospitals.

The successful leader will be responsible for:

  • Driving team performance to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company objectives.
  • Developing strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to training and educational programs for clients.
  • Executing marketing and sales plans for their region, collaborating with the Marketing and Sales Departmental Head.

In addition, this role involves enhancing the image of our organization as a trusted equipment supplier and after-sales service provider in local hospitals. This will be monitored by the increase in equipment sales in the region.

The successful candidate should possess excellent presentation skills and lead all marketing and sales activities independently in the region. They will also develop business plans and sales strategies to attain company sales goals and profitability.

Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits and exploring specific needs will also be essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate degree but preference given to Master Degree Holders in Marketing.
  • Having minimum of 5 years of marketing and sales experience in a similar capacity.
  • Preference given to candidates with work experience in surgical and medical equipment fields.
  • Willingness to work according to company objectives.
  • Good communication and presentation skills required.
  • Expert knowledge of Computer Operations/MS Office essential.
