Sales Performance Executive

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills and experience in generating leads, converting them into sales, and meeting monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads for SME customers through daily visits and strong relationship-building within the assigned territory.
- Sales Skills: Utilize advanced sales techniques and strategies to convert leads into sales, focusing on building trust and understanding customer needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly B2B product sales targets by effectively following up on leads and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Territory Management: Manage and expand the client database within the assigned territory, fostering long-term relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the SME sector.
- Skills: Strong basic sales skill set and basic product & sales training, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results-driven sales performance.
