Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5+ years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should also have managerial experience and strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, cold calling, and closing strategies.

Desirable Skills:
  1. Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Sales Techniques: Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, cold calling, and closing strategies.
  3. Crm Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines and generate reports.
  4. Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze data and report on sales performance, including the full sales funnel.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle escalations and lead demos effectively.
  6. Adaptable & Strategic: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies to achieve sales goals.
