We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Specialist.
About the Role- You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision makers to drive business growth and expansion.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers through market research and analysis.
- Develop and implement market strategies to identify high potential prospects and close business deals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in lubricants industry is a plus.
