Responsibilities:
  • Measurement of kitchen, Doors, Wardrobes, Office & Floorings
  • Verify drawing sizes kitchen, Doors, Wardrobes for order
  • Mark points on kitchens (Gas, plumbing & Electric point) and lights in Wardrobes
  • Conduct site inspection and meet with client architect and contractors to resolve site challenges
  • Pre-delivery inspection to ensure site readiness according to IWM standards
  • Create checklists, provide solutions, and verify them technically before forwarding to relevant teams
  • Meet with Client Supervisor/Client for progress updates and troubleshooting
  • Plan upcoming installations and coordinate with sales and design teams for site queries
  • Resolve technical issues at the site safely and effectively
  • Verify contractors' bills and expenses for accurate billing and budget control
  • Conduct final inspection after installation and ensure QA points are resolved before project handover
  • Lead and manage site and contractor labor for efficient site management
  • Daily and weekly report site status and progress to the Sites Manager
  • Timely process complaints with supporting evidence
