We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Support Services team as a Business Support Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving project management and engagement coordination for our key account client-serving teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications, providing status updates as needed to continuously advance service delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
About the role
- You will gain a strong knowledge of the service line and the engagement, including EY's structure, key personnel, and policies/procedures.
- You will act as the knowledge manager for the engagement team, managing internal databases and/or portals designed to facilitate global team communications and coordination of go-to-market strategy.
- You will take complete ownership of engagement economics, proactively collaborating with relevant team members to resolve any issues that arise.
- You will collaborate with the account team, business development, and resource management teams to achieve team goals.
- You will coordinate risk management processes, such as engagement letters, client continuance, independence, family tree, preapproval, and other regulatory requirements.
