Project Management Office Lead

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating project planning, reviews, demos, and meetings. You will track and communicate project status and progress to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency and share information.
  • Prioritize and resolve defects/bugs efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain team standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain process documentation to ensure continuity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience in Microsoft Tools such as MS Project, Project Server, MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personality types.
  • Able to understand technical issues at a high level.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborative in driving decisions and a team player.
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
