We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, promoting effective communication and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals. Support the execution of projects according to established plans.
  • Agile Facilitation: Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Foster collaboration and communication within the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent delays or roadblocks. Collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum framework.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
