Job Summary: As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports to track progress, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles, with a focus on payroll, contract management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
