Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring financial integrity through accurate reporting, strong compliance, and governance frameworks.

The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Financial Reporting / Corporate Finance / Assurance, with a mix of Big-4 and multinational company experience. They will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Lead preparation of financial statements for timely and accurate management and statutory reporting
  • Governance and Controls: Drive monthly Governance Forum discussions, manage the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOx) reporting process, and ensure adherence to internal controls
  • CORPORATE BUSINESS PARTNERING: Lead budgeting and monitoring of overhead costs, facilitate S&OP budget planning, and support Corporate functions on policies and governance
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop direct reports, assist in building a high-performing team, and support professional growth
