Paediatric Cardiology Professional

Job Title: Paediatric Cardiology Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Paediatric Cardiology Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatrics and cardiology, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in paediatric cardiology settings.
  • Collaborate with senior faculty members to develop and implement care plans.
  • Conduct daily team rounds, formulate care plans, and expedite discharges on a daily basis.
  • Develop and practice a quality-based system that has an academic and service model imbibed in it.
  • Teach and train undergraduates and postgraduates according to defined standards and curriculum.
  • Formulate course objectives and instructional strategies, teach effectively, and evaluate recipients and courses.
  • Conduct clinical/basic research related to Paediatrics.
  • Participate in patient complaints and case review systems/root cause analysis.
  • Participate in departmental and organizational performance improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • MBBS degree and a valid PMDC license.
  • Completed structured postgraduate training in Paediatrics from a reputable institution.
  • Cleared FCPS part II.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent teaching and training skills.
  • Excellent clinical skills.
  • Ability to provide patient care in a diverse setting and satisfy and retain patients in clinical practice.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams.
