Job Title:

A highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist is required to create engaging development activities that support individual growth and organizational success.

This role will involve coordinating learning programs, workshops, and training sessions, as well as identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or training and development roles is preferred.

A strong understanding of adult education principles and instructional design methodologies is essential for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is also required.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Bonus points if you have entry-level certifications in L&D or HR

This is a full-time position working from our office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
