We are seeking a talented Learning Development Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about training and development, and wants to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the design and execution of company-wide training programs, working closely with stakeholders to identify development needs and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess learning requirements and develop tailored training strategies.
- Contribute to the management of onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and impactful results.
- Monitor training outcomes, compile reports, and evaluate effectiveness, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate logistics and resources for in-person and online training sessions, including scheduling and communication with external trainers and participants.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth across departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
About the Role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
