Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative technical writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation including user manuals, API documentation, integration guides, and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather and understand technical information and translate it into accessible content.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to blockchain, DeFi, and digital product development.
  • Edit and review documentation created by other team members, ensuring clarity and consistency in style and terminology.
  • Maintain and organize documentation in a central repository, ensuring easy access for both users and team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the tech or finance industry, with exposure to blockchain and DeFi concepts along with digital product development.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a simple, engaging manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
