Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to join our team as a Product Analyst.

Job Description

The Product Analyst will play a key role in designing and improving money transfer products and services. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience across our mobile app and website through UI/UX collaboration, monitoring payment process performance, and ensuring seamless checkout experiences.

The successful candidate will analyse user interactions and customer data for usability issues or performance bottlenecks, participate in sprint planning and task coordination with technical teams, and support onboarding new payment partners by gathering requirements and tracking integration progress.

Additionally, the Product Analyst will conduct competitive research and contribute to identifying new product opportunities, gather customer feedback, and participate in usability testing sessions.

Maintaining awareness and support of financial regulations compliance is also an essential aspect of this role.
