Lead Business Professional

As a key member of our team, you will lead the analysis of requirements to craft comprehensive features and products within an agile environment.

We seek someone who can demonstrate impeccable management of product backlogs, showcasing their ability to prioritize features effectively. You will collaborate with Product Owners to achieve business objectives within the designated operational area or domain.

You must possess advanced communication and persuasion skills to facilitate timely consensus among stakeholders involved in product development. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement of existing processes and solutions within the product domain, with potential impacts on other areas.

Responsibilities include mentoring and training fellow Business Analysts to adeptly execute tasks within their respective domains. You will also generate creative solutions with a focus on cost-effectiveness, usability, and quality.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analysis role, leading end-to-end requirements management throughout the project development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Management field.
  • A profound affinity for products, with a keen interest in user experience, solution design, and design thinking.

Required Skills:

  • Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Applications.
  • Business Process Modeling.
  • Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Snagit).
