Job Description
  • Schedule meetings with the General Manager at various locations.
  • Obtain details of upcoming events in the country for the General Manager's reference.
  • Record minutes of Board of Directors' meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain the General Manager's expenses record.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, and faxing.
  • Oversee overall activities, including cleaning, food arrangements, and house workers' performance.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the General Manager's room, office stationery, etc.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for meetings and training purposes (if required).
  • Manage the General Manager's diary and appointments.
  • Assist the General Manager in managing output, workflow, and office deadlines.
  • Take and convey accurate and timely messages from telephone callers and respond to inquiries where possible.
  • Take minutes for all meetings.
  • Draft, type, and dispatch the General Manager's correspondence.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals and external organizations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
  • Coordinate the General Manager's travel in conjunction with the in-house travel group.
  • Tabulate and retrieve the General Manager's official expenditures and claims.
  • Arrange local transportation when necessary.
  • Conduct research, handle media relations, and undertake promotional work.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the General Manager.
  • Adjust duty schedules according to the General Manager's presence.
  • Priority will be given to candidates holding foreign degrees or diplomas in the same field.
