Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times. This includes daily tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the office space.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
- Emptying and cleaning trash containers.
- Sanitizing and disinfecting high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.
- Restocking office supplies and materials.
- Making and serving tea/coffee to staff and guests.
- Running errands for office supplies or other necessary tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Strong time management skills.
- Effective communication.
