Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute and develop comprehensive test cases, document and track them effectively. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to create traceability matrices and test plans, gather project requirements, and report defects.

Main Objectives:

  1. Execute and Develop Test Cases: This involves designing, executing, and maintaining a robust set of test cases to ensure seamless functionality.
  2. Document and Track Test Cases: The selected individual must maintain accurate records of all test cases, including their development, execution, and reporting.
  3. Develop Traceability Matrixes and Test Plans: This requires creating detailed matrices to connect test cases with specific project requirements and developing effective test plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Gather and Report Project Requirements: Excellent communication skills are necessary to collect and present project requirements from stakeholders and clients.
  5. Analyze Test Results: The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills to review test results, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the quality of existing and new functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in testing banking applications, such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, CRM, and Loan Origination.
  • Proven expertise in test case development, planning, and traceability matrix creation.
  • Detailed defect reporting skills and ability to analyze test results to guarantee quality.
  • Excellent documentation skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Bonus points for experience in testing automation and security testing.
