Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced UX Design Lead to join our global technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, trends in mobile design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Human Interface Design Guidelines and mobile-first concept.
  • Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to showcase relevant work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
