
Front Office Coordinator

Greeting and attending to official guests, ensuring a positive welcome and maintaining their visitor database accurately is a vital responsibility for this role. The individual in this position will be the first point of contact for visitors and must ensure that they receive a warm welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all incoming and outgoing visitors.
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the receipt and deliveries at the office, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate hospitality for guests.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and monitoring.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide support to the HR/Admin team when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Follow visitor protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior 3-6 months of work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to foster positive and healthy employee relations and interact professionally with visitors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in Front Desk management.
