Job Title: Front Desk Officer

About This Role

This is a highly responsible and varied role that involves managing the front desk, supporting office operations, and acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients. The successful candidate will be a reliable and proactive individual who can own responsibilities and provide necessary support to staff members for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience: Provide exceptional internal & external guest experience to all employees, visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional image of the company.
  2. General Administration: Manage protocols, supervise housekeeping tasks, manage couriers, and coordinate in-house meetings & events.
Inventory and Record Maintaining
  • Maintain attendance sheets of support staff.
  • Maintain stock issuance records.
  • Maintain Genset and electric meter sheets.
  • Maintain Qarshi water supply sheets.
  • Daily headcount sheets.
  • Floor equipment management.
  • Maintain guest/visitor sheets.
  • Maintain dispatch sheets.
  • Gate passes records/incoming postage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of office equipment including phones and printers.
  • Ability to perform office tasks such as filing and organizing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
