This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Front Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office activities, including the reception area, mail, minor procurement requests, and facilities management.

  • You will coordinate internal office relocations and arrange office meetings, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintaining a professional image is crucial in this position, and you will be expected to ensure effective telephone and mail communications within and outside the organization.
  • As a supervisor, you will oversee administrative tasks and manage staff to achieve departmental objectives.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the upkeep and modification of office spaces and equipment, as well as their layout, arrangement, and housekeeping.
  • Purchase office supplies, furniture, and equipment in a timely manner, adhering to company purchasing policies and guidelines.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are required to provide attentive service to clients and make them feel comfortable.
  • Efficiently collect and manage cash payments from clients for facility usage at our location.
Requirements
