Sales and Distribution Network Expertise:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop daily agendas to engage in effective communication with retail stores and key accounts.
  • Follow up with stores to gather feedback on target sales agreements and ensure sales align with objectives.
  • Assign sales targets to direct reports, negotiate with stores to achieve monthly targets, monitor progress towards targets, and implement penalties for failure to meet targets.
  • Prioritize workforce planning for optimal utilization of available resources.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to plan and ensure stock availability in high-visibility outlets; communicate to maintain separate stocks for paid outlets.
  • Liaison with the Sales department to ensure timely delivery of stocks to relevant outlets; coordinate with order bookers to guarantee on-time availability of deliveries for merchandisers to work on.
  • Evaluate store coordination to reach agreement on renting space in stores and assigning monthly targets; negotiate cost-effective contracts with stores to generate profits from sales.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational objectives and optimal utilization of resources.
