Chief Logistics Officer

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures to optimize the supply chain process.
They will direct the activities of all functions involved in purchasing, raw material storage, production operations, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely production and delivery of every order to customers.
The role requires conducting regular meetings with senior management to discuss weekly production planning and obtain approval for any necessary changes.
Developing good personal relationships with major suppliers is also a key aspect of this position, as it helps reduce supplier bargaining and creates a friendly environment for collaboration.
The Supply Chain Manager must ensure that high-quality import materials are available for production on time and take steps to minimize inventory levels in raw material stores by monitoring reports and taking prompt action when necessary.
Additionally, they are responsible for daily checking of production division reports and addressing any bottlenecks by communicating directly with the Incharge Production team.
Quarterly machine and mold maintenance is another important responsibility, ensuring smooth operations of finished goods logistics and resolving customer matters promptly.
Finally, the Supply Chain Manager plays a crucial role in reducing blame games among employees and ensuring the organization achieves its goals successfully through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
