Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Study Initiation: Plan, coordinate, and execute a prospective Pakistan Brain Tumor Epidemiology Study
  • Biorepository Management: Manage the storage, handling, and retrieval of biological samples
  • Research Conductance: Undertake research activities related to surgical oncology, focusing on regenerative medicine and stem cell biology
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and contribute to collaborative efforts with post-docs, clinical fellows, PhD students, and other professionals
  • Grant Writing: Develop and submit extramural grant proposals to secure funding for research initiatives
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster and develop multi-disciplinary partnerships with faculty members from various departments
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of educational modules and courses in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine
  • Team Oversight: Supervise and manage research teams, ensuring successful thesis development, publications, securing funding, budgeting, and compliance with laboratory protocols and ethics guidelines
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Director and international stakeholders at scheduled intervals

Scientific Collaboration: Establish and maintain long-term scientific collaborations with global partners to enhance research outcomes and visibility.
