We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bid Manager to oversee the entire bid process from initial research to final proposal submission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing winning bids, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Project Research: Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate cost estimation and proposal development.
  2. Bid Planning: Prepare detailed plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Pitch Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling pitches that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all bids and proposals adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all bidding activities, including communications, calculations, and contracts.
  6. Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the bidding process.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:">
  1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in bid management or a related role.
  2. Strong analytical skills to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used for estimating and bidding.
  6. Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing.
