Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Capacity Building and Quality Assurance Specialist to support the delivery and quality assurance of capacity building activities for our organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Programme Management Unit (PMU) and Downstream Partners (DSPs) to develop and implement quality assurance plans, tools, and results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive quality assurance plan that ensures the effective implementation of capacity building activities.
  • Support the Capacity Building Manager in developing inputs on the capacity building plan relevant to quality assurance.
  • Create quality assurance tools for capacity building activities for downstream partners (DSPs).
  • Implement and monitor the execution of quality assurance tools and results.
  • Ensure the application of quality assurance tools during learning events, consultations, and other programme activities.
  • Conduct pre- and post-assessments of capacity building sessions and analyze results for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Social Sciences or related field.
  • Experience in capacity building and community engagement preferred.
  • Knowledge of inclusion, focusing on the rights of women, youth, religious minorities, PWDs, and other vulnerable groups.
