Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective training programs that meet the needs of individuals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and assess training needs within production departments through regular consultation with business managers.
  2. Design, develop, and implement training programs that cater to both organizational and individual needs.
  3. Monitor and review the progress of trainees using questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  4. Evaluate training programs to ensure they meet their intended goals.
  5. Prepare deployment plans for trainees and make necessary adjustments to adapt to changing work environments.
  6. Help line managers address specific training problems on an individual or group basis.
  7. Supervise the work of trainees and keep up-to-date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending meetings, and participating in courses.
