Technical Support Specialist - Secondary Sales Solutions

As a Technical Support Specialist for secondary sales solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our mobile and DMS applications across 500+ distributors.

  • Collaborate closely with regional support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time.
  • Work on implementing and managing software updates and new releases to ensure that systems are always updated and bug-free.
  • Develop user guides and documentation to support the rollout of new features and modules.
  • Perform regular system performance monitoring and provide recommendations for improvement and enhancement.
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to sales teams, internal customers, and vendors to resolve technical queries and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Closely monitoring and troubleshooting complete secondary sales solutions, including head office modules, distributor modules, mobile applications, and decision support systems.
  • Ensuring backup and maintenance activities at distributors, including deployment, issue tracking, and resolution management.
  • Coordinating change control management and vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily sales operations.
  • Providing comprehensive training and enforcing mobile and system usability best practices.
  • Conducting regular system audits and recommending improvements to optimize system performance.
