Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to develop comprehensive operational, client, KPIs, and bid proposal reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel. They will perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Power Query, analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Develop strategic reports and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Excel.
  • Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using advanced SQL and Power Query techniques.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover valuable insights and drive business decisions.

Project Management:

  • Manage analytical projects from data collection through to visualization and end-user adoption.
  • Continuously improve reporting and analysis processes by implementing new data analysis techniques and technologies.

Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate and relevant reports and analysis.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data and maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or a related field or Business Intelligence certification.
  • 0-2 years of experience specifically in business intelligence/data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in automating processes using VBA, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Web scraping and data mining techniques.
