About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects from initiation to delivery. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Fintech or related fields.
  • PMP certification or equivalent, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in project reporting, including status updates, risk assessments, and progress tracking.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication among clients, teams, and upper management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Experience working in outsourced environments or managing projects with third-party vendors.
  • Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
