Main Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated region by leveraging strategic planning and execution. Manage dealer-wise model-wise payments to meet company targets, maintaining a strong focus on financial performance.

Maintain collaborative relationships with customers and internal departments to address regional issues promptly and efficiently. Monitor competitor activities and share valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making, staying ahead of the competition.

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns within the region to drive results. Foster a culture of excellence by focusing on meeting model-wise sales objectives, aligning with overall business goals.

Provide essential business intelligence by preparing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts for the region. Work closely with the Regional Manager — After Sales to ensure swift resolution of warranty-related concerns, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Automotive and Electric Vehicle (EV) sectors.
