Regional Performance Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Performance Manager to lead our feature phone sales team in the South Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Coordinate sales activities locally and regionally to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with distributors and dealers to promote mutual understanding and cooperation.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and retain market share.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and emerging markets to drive business expansion.
- Set and track sales quotas and goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching to sales teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 3-4 years in feature phone sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and improvement.
